No referral fees, no kickbacks. When we recommend a provider, it’s because we use them or trust them — not because they pay us. That policy is absolute and it applies to every name on this page.
Paralegal
Landlord-tenant matters in Ontario — Landlord and Tenant Board filings, notices, and hearings — belong with a licensed paralegal. We refer landlords to a paralegal experienced in residential tenancy matters and we stay out of legal advice ourselves.
Real estate brokerage
If you decide to buy or sell rather than rent, we’ll point you to a licensed brokerage. Goodram does not represent buyers or sellers and does not act as anyone’s agent in a transaction.
Trades
Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, general repairs — the trades who work on the homes we manage. Work is billed to the owner at the trade’s own rate. We add no markup.
Accountant
Rental income, HST questions, and tax planning for landlords belong with an accountant. We’ll make the introduction; the advice — and the engagement — is between you and them.
