If you own a rental in the Greater Toronto Area, Halton, York, Peel, Hamilton or Brantford, we will introduce you to a fully screened, verified tenant at no charge. No placement fee, no finder’s fee, no charge if you decline. We only earn revenue if you choose to have us manage the property.
What “verified” means
- Credit and employment verification through SingleKey, paid by the tenant — not by you.
- Previous-landlord reference calls made by our staff, not automated forms.
- A one-page summary of income, history and fit — with the tenant’s identity redacted until you confirm interest.
The management agreement
- Fee: 8% of monthly rent, plus HST. That’s the entire fee structure.
- Term: 12-month initial term.
- No placement fees — ever, on either side.
