Goodram Property Management is a residential property management company with a simple model: landlords receive verified, screened tenants for free, tenants are placed without fees, and our only revenue is ongoing management — 8% of monthly rent plus HST. The owner is a landlord herself, and every property is managed the way she manages her own.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Hands-on management of residential rentals: rent collection, maintenance coordination, inspections, tenant communication and monthly reporting — a simple 8% of monthly rent, with a 12-month initial term.
VERIFIED TENANT PLACEMENT
Every tenant is verified through SingleKey credit and employment checks and previous-landlord reference calls, then presented to you as a redacted one-page summary. Introductions are free — always.
